- Returns within 15 days of receiving all items in the order.
- Return package must be mailed out within 14 days from receiving return instruction.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with packaging, tags, and intact hygiene stickers.
- Items appearing washed or altered are not eligible for a refund.
- Original shipping fee is non-refundable, except for quality issues or order problems.
- Return shipping is not covered unless related to quality or order issues.
How to Start a Return:
- Initiate a return by emailing support@Themeisles.com with the reason.
- Detailed return instructions provided within 24 hours.
- Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.
How to Ship the Item(s) Back:
- Contact to initiate a return request and receive detailed return instructions.
- Pack items with original packaging, include a slip with the order number.
- Choose the cheapest shipping method with tracking.
- Inform the company of the tracking number for follow-up.
Refund Process:
- After processing, expect up to 7 days for the refund to be issued.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Contact support@Themeisles.com to initiate an exchange request.
- Detailed instructions provided within 24 hours.
Items Not Accepted for Return:
- Swimwear, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies.
- Items with broken hygiene seals.
- Final sale items.
- Made to order items, custom-made items.
Additional Important Information:
- Expedited shipping time not guaranteed during holidays.
- Do not send the return package to the sender's address; use the provided shipping label address.
- Exclude non-Themeisles items from the return package.
- Express shipping fee not refunded due to personal reasons.
- No refund for holiday-related items due to late arrival; buy at least 20 days before the holiday.
- Warehouses worldwide; shipping time not guaranteed.
- Order cancellation not granted once the package is sent from the warehouse.
- Size based on the US size; variations due to different production locations; not an excuse for a free return or refund.
